Return & Refund Policy

Thank you so much for supporting my art! Each piece is handmade with great care and attention to detail. Please be absolutely sure of your purchase before pressing “buy,” as all sales are final and I do not accept returns or refunds.

If your artwork arrives damaged, don’t worry — I’ll make it right. See below for how to handle shipping-related issues.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kassie Rae Glass. The following outlines how your order is processed, shipped, and protected in transit.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. I don’t ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
If I’m away at a market or on vacation, I’ll post an update on my homepage. High order volumes may delay processing slightly, but I’ll always notify you if that happens.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped within the U.S. using USPS Ground Advantage, fully insured for the purchase amount. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days once shipped.
Shipping costs are included in the listed price of each piece.

If you need your order sooner, email hello@kassierae.com with your order info and requested date. If expedited shipping costs more, we can settle the difference via Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal.

Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.

Damaged Packages

I package each piece with the utmost care, but if your art arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the item and packaging immediately upon arrival.

  2. Email the photos and your order number to hello@kassierae.com within 3 days of delivery.

  3. Repack the item securely in its original materials (bubble wrap, cardboard, etc.).

Once I verify the damage, I’ll assist you in filing an insurance claim with USPS. Depending on the situation, I may offer a repair at no additional cost or help facilitate a refund through the carrier’s claim process.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, contact me right away at hello@kassierae.com.
I insure every parcel, so I’ll help file a USPS insurance claim on your behalf. Please note that USPS is responsible for compensation once the package is in their hands.

International Orders

My website currently only supports orders within the United States.
If you live outside the U.S. and wish to purchase a piece, please email me directly at hello@kassierae.com to discuss shipping options.
