Welcome to Kassie Rae Glass, a brand operated under Rebel Odyssey LLC (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By purchasing from my shop or using my website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

All artwork and products on this website are created and sold by Kassie Rae, based in Texas, USA. By purchasing from this site, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. I accept major credit cards and other payment options provided at checkout.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Custom Commissions

Custom commissions require communication and approval prior to creation. Once design details are agreed upon and a deposit is paid, that deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due before shipment or pickup.

Custom work cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once completed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Texas via USPS Ground Advantage, insured for their full value.
I take great care in packaging each piece securely, but once the package is handed to USPS, responsibility for transit delays or damage rests with the carrier.

If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact hello@kassierae.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. I will assist you with filing a USPS insurance claim, but the shipping carrier is ultimately responsible for compensation.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because each stained glass piece is handmade and unique, all sales are final.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on ready-made artwork or custom commissions.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days so I can help file a shipping claim.

6. Artwork Care & Installation

My stained glass pieces are designed for decorative use only. I am not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper installation, handling, or use. Always display glass safely and keep it out of reach of children and pets.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Kassie Rae and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Purchasing a piece does not grant rights to reproduce, alter, or resell the design.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rebel Odyssey LLC and Kassie Rae shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of my products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
